Shipping Information
We gladly welcome orders big and small from retail customers either online, email or telephone. Retail orders are shipped by Canada Post small business parcel, expedited and insured.
Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly exchange any Spindrift item that fails to meet your expectations for another of equal value.
Spindrift items are knit with 100% wool and the proper care instructions should be followed. Original receipt showing date of purchase will be required. You are responsible for return postage.
Availability
Most products purchased from our website are made to order (just for you!). Typical delivery time is 6-8 weeks unless otherwise noted. Special requests can be entered during checkout. For information on purchasing in-stock items, please contact us. If we cannot satisfy your order in this time, we will contact you with the option to refund your order.
